Certified

High Quality lumber

We offer sawn lumber that is not processed into pallets in various standard lengths as softwood lumber. Our boards and square-edged lumber, just like our planed lumber, are made primarily from spruce and pine. We source our wood exclusively from responsibly managed forests. The majority of these forests, like Mercer itself, are certified under PEFC and FSC.

Comprehensive Use of the Raw Material

The wood shavings generated during processing are further processed and used, among other things, for the production of pallet blocks, pellets, and briquettes.

We flexibly supply our lumber according to your requirements—as full-length pieces or cut to the desired length, including custom dimensions.

In addition, we offer you the choice between:

  • fresh lumber for immediate further processing
  • dried lumber with the moisture content of your choice—for further processing tailored to the specific application

To ensure precise cutting, the logs are digitally measured at our plant.

We deliver our sawn lumber either fresh or dried to the desired moisture content.

International

Planed Lumber

We also offer planed lumber in various dimensions and grades. Upon request, we can produce custom sizes and custom-made products according to your specifications.

Certified Premium Lumber for the U.S. Market

Since October 2019, we have been certified in accordance with the regulations of the West Coast Lumber Inspection Bureau (WCLIB). This means that we meet the requirements for access to the U.S. lumber market.

Our No. 2 lumber is specially graded for the U.S. market and is primarily shipped as piece goods. In addition, we ship various grades of lumber in container loads—including to the U.S., China, and Taiwan.
